KCC is proud to participate in the Institute for Human Services Ecumenical & Interfaith Volunteer Chaplaincy team! We go once a week on Fridays from 11am-1pm to pray, listen, and explore faith and spirituality with the residents and staff of IHS’s Men and Women’s Emergency Shelters in Honolulu. Others on the Volunteer Chaplaincy Team visit different IHS programs and offer a variety of spiritual care resources also. This program will be developing in June 2024 to expand to multiple days of the week with more classes and programs available.
